Certifications

AKille is an innovative and universal dry sanitization process for materials that uses the oxidizing action of a gaseous mixture.

AKille operates in a protected environment and performs all necessary activities independently through an electronic control unit.

AKille has obtained certifications on 18 types of materials representatives of the consumer goods sector.

CERTIFICATIONS

AKille has obtained 3 quality certifications for all 18 materials tested:

    • MICROBIOLOGICAL CERTIFICATION
Issued by the Analysis Laboratory – Level 3 of UNIBO (University of Bologna).
A series of analyses and tests to verify the absence or controlled presence of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, viruses) in various contexts, such as food, water, medical devices and production environments. Test performed on 18 materials infected with SARS-CoV-2 spores treated according to the AKille protocol.
Result >> Complete sanitization verified after 48 hours of incubation.
    • STRUCTURAL QUALITY CERTIFICATION*
Issued by the Materials Analysis Laboratory – UNIBIELLA (Biella University Campus).
Various certifications demonstrating the compliance of products, processes or systems with current regulations in the construction sector, guaranteeing safety and quality. Test performed with Gester GT-C01-1C Dynamometer in accordance with ISO 13934-1:2013 and ISO 2062:2009 standards.
    • COLORIMETRIC QUALITY CERTIFICATION*
Issued by the Materials Analysis Laboratory – UNIBIELLA (Città Studi Biella University Centre).
Certificate confirming that a product, material or manufactured item with a coloured finish complies with certain characteristics relating to colour, colour fastness and colour accuracy (in this specific case, it certifies that the AKille sanitization protocol guarantees compliance with the colours and materials analyzed).
Test performed with Datacolor 550 Spectrophotometer in accordance with ISO 105-J01:1997 and ISO 105-J03:2009 standards.

*The Colorimetric and Structural Quality Certifications were obtained after repeated sanitization cycles carried out on each sample of the 18 different materials.
